1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below:

2. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an Account with md777, accessing our website, or using any of our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, including our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

To register an Account and use md777 Services, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

1. Age Requirement: You must be at least 21 years of age. md777 strictly enforces this requirement through KYC verification. Providing false information about your age is grounds for immediate Account termination and forfeiture of all funds.
2. Residency: You must be a legal resident of Indonesia. Users from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited are not permitted to register or use md777 Services.
3. Legal Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Indonesian law. If you are acting on behalf of a business entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
4. Single Account: Each individual may maintain only one Account with md777. Creating multiple Accounts (also known as "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in suspension of all Accounts and forfeiture of funds.
5. Financial Responsibility: You must use only funds that belong to you and that are not derived from illegal activities. Money laundering and fraud are serious offenses that will be reported to relevant authorities.
6. Self-Exclusion Status: You must not be currently self-excluded from md777 or any other gambling platform due to problem gambling concerns.

md777 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and residency at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation within 7 days may result in Account suspension until verification is complete.

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Registration Process

To create an Account, you must provide accurate and complete information including your full legal name (as it appears on your Indonesian National ID card or KTP), date of birth, email address, phone number, and residential address. All information must be truthful and current. md777 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account found to contain false or misleading information.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity that occurs under your Account is your responsibility, regardless of whether such activity was authorized by you.

If you suspect that your Account has been compromised or accessed without authorization, you must immediately notify md777 customer support via live chat, email, or WhatsApp. md777 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized use of your Account if you failed to maintain adequate security or notify us promptly of a breach.

4.3 KYC Verification

Before processing your first withdrawal, md777 requires completion of KYC verification. You must submit clear, legible copies of the following documents:

• Government-issued photo identification (Indonesian National ID card / KTP, passport, or driver's license)
• Proof of address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence)
• A clear selfie photograph of you holding your identification document next to your face

md777 aims to complete KYC verification within 1-4 hours during business hours (08:00 - 22:00 WIB) and within 24 hours during off-peak periods. Complex cases requiring additional documentation may take longer. Your Account will remain functional during the verification process, but withdrawals will be restricted until verification is complete.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

md777 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: bank transfer through BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), and Bank Permata; and e-wallet transfers through OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000 (fifty thousand Rupiah). There is no maximum deposit limit per transaction, though individual payment methods may impose their own limits. Deposits credit to your Account instantly upon confirmation by the payment provider.

md777 does not charge deposit fees. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction fees, which are outside md777's control.

5.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000 (one hundred thousand Rupiah). The maximum withdrawal amount per transaction is Rp 50.000.000 (fifty million Rupiah) for Bronze tier members, with higher limits available to VIP members based on their loyalty tier.

Withdrawals are processed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. md777 aims to complete withdrawal processing within 10 minutes of request submission. During peak periods or for large withdrawal amounts requiring additional security verification, processing may take up to 24 hours.

All withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited for anti-money laundering compliance. If you attempt to withdraw to a third-party account, your withdrawal will be cancelled and your Account may be suspended pending investigation.

md777 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing large withdrawals or withdrawals that appear unusual based on your Account history.

5.3 Dormant Account Policy

Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months are considered dormant. Dormant accounts with positive balances will be charged a monthly maintenance fee of Rp 50.000 or 5% of the remaining balance, whichever is lower. If you wish to reactivate a dormant Account, contact customer support.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

md777 offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are clearly stated on the promotion page at the time of the offer.

6.1 General Bonus Terms

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements (also known as rollover or playthrough requirements) before they can be converted to withdrawable Real Money. Standard wagering requirements range from 5x to 25x the bonus amount, depending on the specific promotion. For example, a Rp 1.000.000 bonus with 20x wagering requires Rp 20.000.000 in total wagers before withdrawal.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games like blackjack, roulette, and baccarat may contribute between 10-50%. Live dealer games may have reduced contribution rates. • Maximum Bet Limit: While active bonus funds are in your Account, you may be restricted to a maximum bet size per game round (commonly Rp 50.000 or 10% of the bonus amount). Exceeding the maximum bet limit may void the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
• Expiration: Bonus funds and any associated wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe specified in the promotion terms (typically 7-30 days from the date of issuance). Expired bonuses and any winnings derived from them will be forfeited.
• One Bonus at a Time: You may not have multiple active bonuses simultaneously. You must complete or forfeit your current bonus before claiming a new one.

6.2 Bonus Abuse

md777 strictly prohibits bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, collusion with other players to manipulate bonus wagering, using betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms with minimal risk, and any other activity that md777 determines in its sole discretion to be abusive or contrary to the spirit of the promotion.

If md777 determines that you have engaged in bonus abuse, we reserve the right to void all bonuses, confiscate any winnings derived from abusive play, and suspend or terminate your Account without refund of deposits.

7. Gaming Rules and Fair Play

All games offered by md777 are provided by licensed third-party software providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, Pocket Games Soft, Playtech, and Ezugi. Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) that have been independently audited by accredited testing agencies such as iTech Labs and Gaming Laboratories International (GLI).

md777 publishes the Return to Player (RTP) percentage for all games. RTP represents the theoretical percentage of total wagers that a game will pay back to players over an extended period. 7.1 Sports Betting Rules

If a match is postponed or cancelled before completion, mix parlay (accumulator) bets will be settled with the cancelled match removed and odds recalculated based on remaining selections. Single bets on postponed matches will be voided and stakes returned.

7.2 Malfunction Void

In the event of a game malfunction, software error, incorrect odds display, or communication failure, all affected bets and game rounds are void. md777 will refund the stakes of voided bets. md777 is not liable for any potential winnings from voided bets or for any consequential losses resulting from technical malfunctions.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute material breaches of these Terms and Conditions:

1. Underage Gambling: Any attempt to use md777 Services by individuals under 21 years of age.
2. Multi-Accounting: Creating and operating more than one Account, or allowing others to access your Account.
3. Fraudulent Activity: Using stolen payment methods, providing false identity documents, chargebacks after accepting winnings, or any form of payment fraud.
4. Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain unfair advantages in games, particularly in poker or other player-versus-player games.
5. Bot Usage: Using automated software, bots, or any artificial intelligence systems to place bets or play games.
6. Arbitrage Betting: Exploiting odds discrepancies across different platforms or markets to guarantee profit with no risk.
7. Money Laundering: Using md777 to launder proceeds from illegal activities. md777 maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) procedures and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
8. System Exploitation: Attempting to exploit software vulnerabilities, bugs, or errors in the md777 platform or game providers' systems.
9. Chargebacks: Filing chargebacks or payment disputes with your bank or payment provider after accepting deposits or winnings.

Violation of any prohibited activity will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all funds (including deposits and winnings), and potential referral to law enforcement authorities if criminal activity is suspected.

9. Limitations of Liability

md777 provides Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties or representations, express or implied, regarding the operation, availability, or reliability of the platform or the accuracy of game outcomes, odds, or results.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, md777 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of business opportunities, or damages resulting from your reliance on the Services.

md777's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from your use of the Services shall not exceed the total amount of deposits you have made to your Account in the 90 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

md777 is not responsible for losses resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: internet service interruptions, power outages, acts of God, government actions, labor disputes, equipment failure, or any other force majeure events.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

10.1 Suspension by md777

md777 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account immediately and without prior notice if we have reasonable grounds to believe that you have breached these Terms and Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or violated applicable laws. Reasons for suspension or termination include but are not limited to:

• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification
• Creating multiple Accounts
• Engaging in bonus abuse or any other prohibited activities outlined in Section 8
• Colluding with other players or using automated software
• Chargebacks or payment disputes
• Threatening, abusive, or offensive behavior toward md777 staff or other players

10.2 Voluntary Account Closure

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
